Fathers Day

I forgot to put fathers day in today. here are some pictures that a friend took for me to give to Derrick for fathers day. I hope everyone had a wonderful fathers day!

Here are some pictures from our fourth of July Celebration. That morning we went to a ward breakfast. Then we went off to the little parade put on by the Leon Valley library. It is such a fun and not too crowded parade.

Recent pictures of Avarie and Reid

In March I had the kids yearly pictures taken. I think they turned out cute even with Reid not cooperating or smiling

                                                           all me taking the pictures
                                             with Derrick taking the kids so I thought it would
                                                 be a great opportunity to have one taken

                                       This face is completely Reid. he is always trying to take
                                                     things apart and figure them out
                                       and she was able to capture the face. I love this photo!

was supposed to be doing but she had so much fun chasing everyone and

the cows around

Spring walk

This spring we took a walk on a nature trail close to our house with some friends! It was so fun to see all the beautiful flowers. This spring has been a really wet one for San Antonio and the flowers were everywhere!

Fire at our apartment complex

Recently there was a fire in one of the buildings in our apartment complex. It was so scary to watch the flames spread. We had a really bad thunderstorm that night and one of the lightning strikes his the building and started the fire. No one luckily was injured but it was a surreal sight!
