Avarie's Room

Here are some pictures from the house. We are in the middle of building a dresser for Reid so the rest of our home has exploded so I will get pictures of the rest of the home later. We are definitely not done with decorating rooms, but it will be a slow process because we are wanting to build all of the things we want to add.

I love the view out her window! We will be adding a bookshelf/window seat underneath her window hopefully sometime soon

 Her room has a built in desk, which is so nice. She loves it!

 We are missing one of the letters. I need to go find another E because Reid got a hold of it and broke it so I am a little short on her name.

Reid's Room

Here are some pictures of Reid's room. He doesn't have a dresser yet which will go where that table under the shelf is. The lighting isn't great but here is what we have done so far.

 We will be building a book shelf for him to go with the little rocking chair for a little reading corner, but that is down the road. We also are going to be building him a bed with a headboard soon also.

Trunk or Treat

On Friday evening we had our ward trunk or treat. The kids had so much fun. There were games and a costume parade with prizes. After this they went out to the parking lot for the trunk or treat!

Avarie chose this year to be a lady bug and Reid wanted to be Blue from the movie Rio. So I bought some felt and went to town making them. It was so much fun to make them and see their faces when they were done and how excited they were to wear them!

Avarie Dance & update

Avarie was able to start a dance class that they offer on base. She has loved it and it is so cute! She is so worn out and happy after her class each week, which is great for us and her. Here are some pictures from her first day.

 We saw this hawk the other day as we were taking Avarie to dance. It was so cool to see it just sitting there!

Soon I will be putting up pictures of the inside of our new home. I just haven't had much time to take those pictures.
